Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange products unless defective. In the case of a defective product, the item must be returned within 7 days (customers responsibility) not used. Once the product is returned and verified for defect, it will be replaced with the same item. If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued in which the customer has 21 days to use from notification date or credit is forfeited. PLEASE NOTE: The Defect policy excludes; but not limited to: dildos, anal toys (beads and plugs), cock sleeves, lingerie, mens wear, ropes, gags, cock rings, lubes, massage oils, body paints or any other item designed to come in contact with any body part or bodily fluids and is NON-RESALEABLE at the discretion of the company. Such items are FINAL SALE ONLY as those items are checked for defect before shipment. Our customers mean the most to us and this provides good health and safety practices and a peace of mind to everyone.
